Kids Collab is for kids of all kinds & all minds!
Our inclusive play space was created by child development specialists to make play joyful, meaningful, and accessible for every child, ages 0-7.
Everything we do is rooted in collaboration (hence our name!) between kids and parents, families and staff, and our broader community. Together, we can make childhood (& parenting) a little more magical for everyone.
From classes that nurture growth and development to open play, birthday parties, and community events, there’s always something exciting happening here.
While your little one explores, you can relax, connect with other families, or catch up on work. We’ve got free Wi-Fi and cozy seating just for you!

Let’s play! Open Play slots are easy to book for children ages 0–7 and their caregivers. Your child can climb, pretend, and explore our sensory-friendly space for up to 2 hours while you supervise. Book here.
Hey, parents: We’ve made sure you feel cared for, too. Catch up on work with our free Wi-Fi, have coffee with a friend, or enjoy some guilt-free down time while your child plays within your sight.Hours:

Book online or call ahead to reserve your child’s Open Play slot.Each visit includes up to 2 hours of playtime. Members are welcome to stay longer if space allows.
Parents must remain onsite and supervise children during play sessions. Parents are responsible for their children at all times.
A play waiver must be signed for each individual entering the space, and all customers must follow our safety rules. Grippy socks are required. Booties and grippy socks are available for purchase as needed.

There’s no party like a Kids Collab party! If you’re looking to host a fun and stress-free birthday, event, or celebration, our flexible and sensory-friendly studio is the place for you.

Basic Party Package (2 hours): $225
* Includes up to 10 children. If you plan to have more guests, there will be an additional $10 fee per child. Total number of adults and children cannot exceed 25.Details:
Tables and chairs are provided. Families are welcome to bring their own décor or connect with one of our trusted local vendors for setup and styling.No glitter, confetti, or wall adhesives, please. Only Scotch tape may be used for hanging decorations — no tacks, nails, Command hooks, or other adhesives that could damage walls.
Parent supervision is required throughout the party. Parents are responsible for set up and clean-up. You will be allotted 30 minutes before and after your event for set-up and clean-up.
Please note that some toys or materials may be put away during parties to help keep items safe and prevent pieces from getting lost or broken.

At Kids Collab YC, all small-group play experiences are designed and guided by speech therapists, occupational therapists, and early childhood educators. We’re committed to making sure every child feels safe, successful, and celebrated.

The Kids Collab YC Space
We’re proud to be the most intentional, inclusive, and heart-centered play studio for kids in the Yuba-Sutter area. While our space may be small, it’s mighty! Thoughtfully designed by experts in pediatric development, Kids Collab YC is less overwhelming, sensory-friendly, and just the right size for parents to keep an eye on their kids as they explore and play.
Inside, you’ll find climbing structures, jungle gyms, a sensory swing, and a foam pit for little adventurers. There are also plenty of opportunities for imaginative play with a toy kitchen, doctor’s area, and open-ended toys that encourage creativity.
Parents can relax on the comfy couch or get some work done at our tables with free Wi-Fi, all while keeping an eye on their child. Stop by and see the magic for yourself— reservations are strongly recommended! BOOK HERE.

At Kids Collab YC, we want every family to feel safe, seen, and supported. Here’s everything you need to know before you join in on the fun, including how we play, what to expect, and how to make the most of your visit.

Making an online reservation is the only way to guarantee your child has a spot to play! To provide every child with a quality play experience, capacity is limited to 5 adults and 7 children at a time.

A parent or legal guardian must sign our play waiver and have it on file before participating in Open Play or group classes. Babysitters, family friends, or anyone else cannot sign on the parent’s behalf.

We’re all about fun, connection, and keeping our space safe and clean for every family. Here are a few simple rules to help keep the good vibes going:
1) Socks, please!
Shoes off before entering the play area— for kids and grown-ups! Grippy socks are a must for everyone’s safety. Don’t have any? We’ve got pairs available for purchase up front.
2) Play gear is for the kids
Adults, please stay off the play equipment. Little ones get the spotlight here! Swings have a 70-lb weight limit, so only the kiddos should climb, swing, and explore.
3) Watch your little one
Parents and caregivers must stay with their children at all times. You’re 100% responsible for your kiddo’s safety and supervision while you’re here.
4) Safety first
Keep speeds safe and slow while moving about in the facility.
5) Kindness counts
We’re big on kindness! No rough play, hitting, pushing, or toy-throwing. Let’s keep this space positive and fun for everyone.
6) Snacks and drinks
Outside food and drinks aren’t allowed. You’re welcome to keep a water bottle with a lid at your table in the seating area. Snacks and drinks purchased here must stay at the tables. No food in the play zones, please!
7) Feeling under the weather?
If you or your kiddo is sick, we kindly ask that you stay home and rest up. We’ll be so happy to see you back when everyone’s feeling better!
8) The “Yuck Bucket” system
We totally get it— toys go straight to the mouth sometimes! Please pop any mouthed toys into one of our labeled Yuck Buckets so our staff can sanitize them. A clean, healthy play space is always our priority.
9) Potty time
We recommend bathroom breaks when you check in and in the middle of play sessions for children who recently achieved potty training. Please have your child in pull ups if they are potty training. We have bathrooms with changing tables available. A biohazard cleaning fee will be assessed and applied should there be a need to clean up after accidents.
10) No adults without kids
For safety reasons, adults may not enter the seating area or play area without a child. Thanks for helping us keep our tiniest customers safe!
11) Stroller-free zone
To keep the play space open and easy to move through, we don’t allow strollers inside.
